King’s Boiler Hire Division recently supplied a mobile steam boiler to a family organic dairy farm in Wiltshire to support the production of their luxury organic dairy products made from their herd of free-range Guernsey cows.

The Dairy Farm, established in the 1900’s, were so pleased with King’s performance that they purchased a refurbished steam boiler from King’s Boiler Sales Division. The boiler, a 1,548kg/hr unit with a full 5 year NDT, was fitted with a new dual fuel burner and promptly delivered to site on King’s own transport.

Kings were delighted to provide not only temporary emergency boiler assistance but also be part of the dairy’s expansion plans. The farm’s Guernsey milk is used in the production of their range of organic dairy products including pasteurised Guernsey milk, cream, yoghurt and butter. These products are supplied to shops and wholesalers across the South of England, London and online.
