We are looking for a Part-time Administrator to join our small, friendly and supportive team.
Main duties will involve:
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, orders, and invoices
- Resolving invoice queries
- Updating company databases
- Maintaining filing and other office systems
- Other general administrative tasks
Experience:
- Administrative experience essential
- Good knowledge and experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good literacy skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
Hours: Monday to Friday, Part-time, flexible to accommodate work-life balance
Location: Our Hoddesdon Office
Salary: Negotiable - dependent on experience
Parking: On site parking available
