The King’s team enjoyed a lovely summer evening at The Lodge in Duxford last weekend. Staff from King’s Boiler Hire and Taylor Fuel Control, both part of The King Group,  came together for a relaxing social gathering and to celebrate the long service of three valued employees.

It was an opportunity for the whole team to get together, meet old friends and welcome new members to the team.

A delicious Summer BBQ was served under a magically lit tipi in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside.

Long service awards were presented to James Maniez, Kevin Walker and Terry Mansfield for achieving their 25 year service.  They were thanked for their loyalty, friendship and valuable contributions to the King’s business over the years.

The King Group are very fortunate to have a number of long serving employees with the business over the past 80 years.   It is testament to the dedication, hard work and commitment of everyone in the King’s  team that enables us to have a successful business and provide the high quality and valued service we are so very proud of.

A great evening was had by all and even a Summer rain shower didn’t dampen spirits!
